Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . "More like a 3.5 than a 5*. Overall property was clean but the Cleaning staff was a bit difficult and did not clean our room properly on both days. Not many food options or shall i say good options for vegetarians/ vegan. Reception staff is overall nice and friendly but can be selective with their behaviour at times. "
