"The location of this property, steps away from the Wengen train station, is extremely convenient; also, the view to the valley where Lauterbrunnen sits, is fantastic. Staff is courteous and the installations were very cozy and clean. Breakfast is also very rich and served with care by friendly staff."

"First the good. The hotel is next to the train station so you’re able to walk from the platform to the hotel in a minute. The location is great. Jacob in the bar was terrific. Great service and would go over and beyond. Next the not so good. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in Switzerland. It was busy but only one person waiting on tables so not the best service. Food quality was poor. The worst. The room, the bed situation was not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot n the ac did not seem to work. Had to sleep with windows on door open. It’s good for a short stay but would not recommend more than a night or two."

"The pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to use it but the gym and breakfast were excellent. Walls between the rooms are a little thin but everyone is there to hike so no late night noise but we could hear our neighbours speaking. Overall a great place to stay."

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
