The hotel was just above Bubbles Restaurant, a great little spot to dine or have a beer. Bed was comfy and room was cool. It would have been great to have a deck outside but otherwise very convenient location close to shops, restaurants and beach.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its central location—it’s easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. However, everything else about the stay was frustrating. There is no clear entrance to the hotel, and no staff is present at the front desk, which makes it very difficult to get help when needed. The noise from the street traffic is constant and loud, and at night, the entire room shakes from the music coming from the “Bubble” venue on the ground floor. There were multiple issues with the rooms—I had to change rooms three times during my stay. The old air conditioning units either didn’t work or were unbearably loud. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing trip, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback from my experience. Upon check-in, everything went smoothly, and I received my key along with the hotel's rules at the front desk. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. First, while my room view was generally okay, I noticed some dog waste right in front of my door view, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the day after I checked in, there was no room service to clean my room. As a result, I had no clean towels, and by the time I returned, it was too late to call for assistance. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention as I believe they are important for the overall guest experience. Despite these issues, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's location and would love to consider staying again in the future. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. Nathalie

Will pick another spot next time.

Stayed an extra day on Bonaire, checked out of Buddy Dive and needed a 1 night accommodation. It took about 15 minutes of walking around to find out that the entrance in THRU Bubbles bar. No street sign, no explanation of how to find it. And they were CLOSED. The housekeeper spoke no English but did allow us to leave our luggage to go get lunch, they open at 2pm - 4pm. Then closed again. No service other than that. Stairs are narrow and we had a lot of luggage for this dive trip. Now let’s talk about the bed, rock hard and 2 small square pillows. My back hurts this morning and I slept very little. The room is clean with a nice view of a giant cruise ship which would have been ocean view if the ship was not there. Good shower, tv is eh…

The room was clean and The cleaning staff were very friendly. There is someone at the hotel 12 to 2pm. But they are available in WhatsApp. The room is located above two bar/restaurants and check-in is weird because of the times staff are there. The location is convenient. However, the bed is like 30 years old and had a broken spring which I scraped myself in. This needs to be fixed. The towel rack was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. We enjoyed Bonaire and would say this hotel is mediocre

The first day we had an issue with the Air conditioning but she resolved this immediately, moved us to another smaller room for a day while ours was being repaired and compensated us for the inconvenience. The property is located in the middle of Kralendijk. Everything is in walking distance. beach across the street. Lots of options to eat. Some nights there is music from the clubs, but I was aware of the location before I booked, so knew what I was choosing. Liked the hotel.

Staff was very friendly-they gave us a very generous late check out. Location is great as well. The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. When we realized the old lumpy pillows were uncomfortable, we tried to switch them but no staff was on site by then. The beds were harder than rocks-we literally considered sleeping on the floor instead because it would be more comfortable.
