Very hard to find on arrival at 130am. No information on the area provided, no instructions re TV & coffee machine etc., problems with hot water. Comfortable and well located, shame re lack of any helpful information.

Our stay at The Palace was great and we highly recommend it! The location was ideal - just outside of old town in a quiet and safe area while still being just a short walk to both old town and the castle. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very clean, modern, and well appointed inside. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an elevator in the building. We highly recommend the restaurant next door to the entrance for breakfast as well!

The apartment is stunning and finished to a very high standard. It included essentials like hairdryer, iron, umbrella, shampoo and body wash. They had even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets .The freezer door needs adjusting as it cannot be opened with the location on the fridge door. We had a little issue when we rang from the airport to ask if there was anywhere we could leave our luggage as we had arrived earlier. We were told they didn’t have a reservation in my name. After nearly an hour speaking with hotels.com they found the reservation and said the room wasn’t ready but we could leave the luggage in the apartment, they then sent us all the information and key ox code. The location of the apartment is perfect just outside the old town walls but near the castle too. I would definitely stay here again a recommend it to people .

The apartment was quite new and in good location but that’s all the positives I can give. Upon arrival it is really difficult to find the property, no instructions given by the host prior to arrival. We arrived at 12 and had to call them to ask if there is a place to leave the luggages, they told us they will check if the apartment has been cleaned and call us back- no one did, called 3 times after to check, still the same response. 14:45 we were downstairs in the building with no instructions how to check in. Called the property again- they closed the phone, I contacted expedia and after that we have got the check in instructions. Upon arrival we have noticed the wifi wasn’t working and raised it straight away but guess what, my messages were ignored for all 4 nights we were there and wifi no fixed. Air conditioning is more like a fan and does nothing and if you manage to get shower without getting freezingly cold water you will be lucky- the hot water is basically on and off.

Everything was excellent. The property is brand new. Right in the center next to the park. My only recommendation is that if you speak a different language you will need they to adjust the settings on the TV’ s Everything was in polish They could not accommodate us in anyway to correct the situation. Other than that I would recommend this property.

"We were forced to wait on the street for two hours in the middle of the night just to find the person in charge of check-in. We didn't get any response until 2 AM, despite repeatedly calling and messaging. It was a terrible experience." "On top of that, the elevator was out of service for two days. Since our room was on the 4th floor, we had to use the stairs multiple times a day for several nights, which was awful given everything else we were dealing with. Do you have any internet access issues to report as well?" "In addition, the internet was not working for three days. We reported the issue every day, but were repeatedly told it would be fixed — it never was. This ongoing delay only added to our frustration." Here's everything together as one complaint so far: Think twice before booking this place !!!awful service

今まで泊まったアパートメンツの中で一番落ち着くスペースたっぷりの間取りでした。ベッドルーム二部屋に大きめのリビング、螺旋のミニ階段で上の階に2ベッドルームがあり、その一つにはバスタブがついていました。遮光カーテンで寝室の明るさはコントロールでき静かで寝やすかったです。全てが揃っていて清潔で申し分のない部屋でした。ただチェックインの時の対応があまりにも不親切で本当に分かりにくく困らせられました。それだけが不満です。

Kan inte vara många som bott i lägenheten innan vi bodde där, då den i princip var i nyskick. Alla bekvämligheter som man förväntar sig fanns på plats, och ett stort plus för alla alternativ gälkande tv utbud. Perfekt lugnt läge, men endast 5 minuters gångväg till centrum av Krakow.

El apartamento como en las fotos. Todo en general muy limpio. La llave no abría y cerraba, había que pelearse con con ella hasta conseguir que girará. Llamamos a nuestra llegadas las 2330h, el teléfono solo está operativo de 9 a 21h, nadie nos ayudo. La reserva era para 3, el sofá cama no estaba abierto ni hecha la cama. Llamamos por la mañana para solicitar late check out, nos dijeron que no y que dejaramls la llave en la caja de la entrada. No hay luggage store disponible
