Very nice and clean. The staff was great during our 3 night stay. The only minor downside is that this villa is a bit out of town but the shuttle came in handy and a tuktuk ride from the main beach was only 200THB. It would have been nice if the shuttle started a bit earlier. Overall a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the Villa. Enjoyed the private pool. Breakfast could have been better - it was usually the same menu. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only setback is that it was around 20-25 mins from the town and other amenities. We had to take the transport (tuk tuk or shuttle bus) 99% of the time. We did rent bikes which made travelling a little more easier 2 days before we left. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed in one of the 3 bedroom houses with a private pool. Fantastic place. Grounds very tidy, amenities very good, breakfast outstanding, as was the food from the kitchen you can order. Free shuttle bus to/from Ao Nang is great. Price we paid was very reasonable. It’s a bit out of Ao Nang (too far to walk) but this isn’t a negative. Let’s face it, you go on holiday to relax, not walk around the endless shops, so staying here was great. Shuttle van from Krabi airport to the hotel was 800 baht for 6 people each way, which was pretty good. The driver even stopped at the shops on the way from the airport so we could pick up food and drinks. No issues with this place.

Wonderful.
Lovely villas in their own grounds with individual swimming pool. Furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The resort offers a free shuttle to the beach and town. I wish we had stayed longer.

Everything was great, we absolutely loved the villa and the area. The pool and villa were both very clean. The mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the air con - it took a while to cool the villa down and it still didn’t get cool enough for us. At the temp we had it on it should have been an ice box, but it just cooled enough to be able to sleep without covers over us. Hoping it was a one off, Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again and have recommended to our fiends already!

Nice stay
Very comfortable, clean spacious 3 room villa, wish it was on a beach! Barb at the restaurant was very welcoming and Jolly. Dinner was served at the room and we had the best masamman curry here. We checked in to another beach resort the next day and they dropped us there without any charge. Cats kept coming, ehich my kids loved but I was a bit nervous that they wanted to enter the villa and we had to be alert to keep the door osed all tge time.

Great stay!
We had great stay at the Alisea. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The only real downside is that it's somewhat removed from the town; but they provide a shuttle /it's only a short taxi ride, so it isn't a problem.

Comfortable & clean but misleading amenities
Hotel/Villa was clean. The pool is regular size pool and definitely was refreshing to take a swim after long hot days exploring Krabi. Breakfast was ok. Eggs cooked to order for a western style breakfast, rice, noodles and an assortment of other items available. No other food available through the hotel when we stayed. It can be misleading to think a restaurant or room service is available as they have none or very very very limited availability. Also, it is quite far from anything else aside from the hotel across the street (that hotel does have a restaurant & shuttle service). Shuttle service was extremely limited and we found out the hard way that they do not regularly pick up or drop off without an appointment (hr notice at least.) We had to pay to get anywhere Ultimately,You cannot walk anywhere from here and it will cost 200-300 bt one way to Ao Nang. The front desk arranged tours and we found out the 2nd day we were charged double if not triple what the going rate in Ao Nang would have been. Ex. ( 600bt 1 person for night market vs 200bt in Ao Nang) Private Long Boat tour was great but cost 3500bt for 2 vs 2000 bt quoted from various spots in Ao Nang.No spa services are here (only at their other location in Ao Nang) Honestly, it seemed like there was a lot of misleading info for this hotel aside from breakfast, clean and a private pool. If you don't need a private pool stay elsewhere. Next time we will stay closer to the beach and have more options.

Excellent villa pool but not nearby a beach
The pool villas are beautiful and well laid out. Loved them but If you expect to find a beach you will be disappointed. The website says there is a private beach nearby (misleading-it’s no where near the villas, a shuttle bus goes to the beach which is 5 kms away- takes about 15 mins of fast driving to get to. This shuttle takes you to town or to the beach club-where you can get a mat to lay by the water...no chairs, nothing is nearby-just a few home made hammocks”. The drink service was fair there but the beach was grungy. We made the best of it. I spoke to other guests and they said the same thing... the website says there have a beach close by...nope. The villas are gorgeous and private pools outstanding. Breakfast was decent, good service but not lots of food choices on menu for room service...no other stores nearby to buy snacks or restaurants. I would suggest they fix the website to clarify that the beach is not close by or private. More frequent shuttle service would also help.

Awesome place to relax
Family vacation and stayed at Alisa Pool Villas. Be clear with the taxi driver from the airport that this is the pool villas and not the other Alisea hotel closer to the beach. The property was terrific especially with the private pool. The grounds were perfectly created to give privacy. Didn’t see anyone else around except for the common lobby/restaurant area. The rooms were abundant and nicely setup with all the toiletries needed (we got a three bedroom 2 bath). The only downside was the food options. The on-site restaurant had somewhat limited items and stopped service around 8:30pm so had to take a tuk tuk to the beach to get some more options and variety. All in all, a great property to stay at and relax and enjoy all that Krabi has to offer. Would defiantly stay here again when we go back.

Home away from home...
This is a beautiful villa. Much higher than what I had expected. If you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city streets, certainly you must evaluate this place. Beautifully maintained. Please be informed that this is located away from the busy Ao Nang beach area and looks isolated. We had no problem in getting a Taxi (TukTuk type) to this place even in the late evening. But beaches are far away and necessarily you need a transportation. The served american breakfast was decent enough for a vegetarian like me to survive. We stayed in a private pool villa and the private pool indeed was awesome. Very spacious drawing room, kitchen etc. We had planned to cook and this place worked out well. However, one feedback to the property owner is to have a microwave oven in house. When we requested for a microwave, they asked us to bring the food to the common dining area where they have one . But this is not practical. Even though, this place was relatively remote, very familiar to taxi and tour operators and no one refused coming to this place for picking up. Overall, this is a fantastic place, if you wish to spend some quality time with your family and friends.

Spacious Villa with private pool
Villa is modern, clean and has everything you might wish for from Robes and slippers in the wardrobe to ice cold drinks and snacks in the fridge. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and always at hand. Responded to requests by email, phone and in person immediately. Also recommend the Room service. We had lunch and dinner prepared for us which was brought to our villa, table laid and was delicious.

Disappointing experiences with great property
The arrival airport transfer came late, with wrong vehicle size as we have confirmed for a van as my family comprise of 7 pax but it came with a car that can accommodate for 2 pax. Waited for the van and when it cane with a punctured tyre. No apology and no information was given to us. We waited and after 1hour of waiting, I asked the driver to call the villa manager and as usual their reply are full.of excuses. Upon arrived once again no apology from Mr Bert the person in charge of the villa instead asking me to settle the additional cost of the upgrading amount from 2 room to 3 room villa as well as the airport transfer care. It gotten me into another confrontation and I took it as settle as I wish not to upset my family and I feelings further. On last day of check out which is today, 18/4/17 upon checking out they asked us to wait while the housekeeping staff checked the villa. They came out with another stupidity issue. Where are the used glass bottled distilled water. According to them 7 were missing. I got so agitated and told them off from first day, we receive no instruction about keeping the complimentary distilled water hence every time it was consumed, we thrown it in the rubbish which were collected by their house keeping staff. We left them in anger. Breakfast ok but too many flies and no staff took any action when we told them about it :(

A relax and enjoyable getaway
The stay at the villa was great! Toiletries and towels were provided and having a pool on our own was the selling point. Rooms were clean and indoor and outdoor slippers were provided. Tends to have mosquito due to the terrain. Would be good if some insect repellent were provided.

Lovely villas in quiet location
I stayed in 109, a garden view family villa with a private yard and pool. The villa had everything I needed, the surrounds were beautiful, the pool fantastic. You need a taxi to go anywhere, nothing is walking distance, but there is a free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach Club daily - where you can relax, swim, enjoy meals and drinks at reasonable prices. I went to the Krabi night market on a Friday night. Hundreds of stalls - clothing, jewellery, gifts, souvenirs, food, even a couple of bars if you need a cold beer like I did. Alisea staff took me in the hotel car and we had about 3 hours at the market. It took around 30 minutes each way and cost 1,000THB (approx. $40AUD). Well worth it. I went on a sunset cruise from Krabi marina, down the river, and out into the Andaman Sea. We went by Tup Island and stopped at Chicken Island to swim and snorkel for an hour or so. As we were drying off after swimming, staff were preparing a barbeque dinner - seafood and chicken kebabs and fried rice. There was also fruit and snacks freely available throughout. Cold drinks were available to buy at the bar. The sun set as we made our way back to Krabi, past stunning scenery. The boat was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. It was through Live Life Tours and cost 1,800THB. I thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent Villa with your own private pool. Stayed in the 3 Bdrm villa and it had 3 good sized rooms. Nice master ensuite! Everything is modern and updated. Is not right on the beach but You can take a shuttle or taxi into town only 10 mins away. Nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend this Villa!

New & Clean.
We book for a one bed-room Villa with a pool & a kitchenette but there was no such room. We were given deluxe a room, and I showed the reception that the room details that I book for was different so they upgraded us to a Three bedroom Villa on the next day. We were happy with it. Everything thing was new and clean and we enjoy our stay.

Nice Private Villa With Pool
We stayed at this Villa with 2 adults and 3 children (10,7,4) and it was fantastic. Nice big spacious villa and very clean. Good size private pool! Feels like a home away from home! Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Not right on the beach but you can take a shuttle or get a taxi. Beach is only 5 mins away. You can order room service and the food is delicious. We originally booked 4 nights but ended up booking an extra 3 nights because we enjoyed it so much. Nice and quiet place. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Mycket fint boende. Det enda som var synd var att hotellet inte hade egen restaurang, men det fanns en i närheten. Frukosten serverades dock på Alisea och den var toppen!!Villorna är stora och rymliga och väldigt fräscha

Lækre villaer med egen pool. Værelserne er store med gode senge men det er en lille smule slidt - dog virker alt rent og dejligt, Morgenmadsbuffeten er god og der kan bestilles roomservice til frokost og aften - virkelig god mad 👍 Hotellet ligger noget afsides, men der er gratis shuttle på bestemte tider til stranden og til selve Aonang by - dog til faste tider. Koster kun cirka 200 bath at køre hjem med tuk tuk, hvis ikke tiderne passer en
