The reception manner was terrible, he is not professional enough to stand there. He was no show of welcome to us and just said passport to me when checked in as if I did something wrong. I think he really hate his job ! The bathroom tiles has some red brown colour stain marks to make you very touncomfortable to see. The shower door cannot close, water running out. The good things the bed was comfortable. I will not go back there.

Great hotel to stay.
The customer services are excellent, receptionist staff are always helpful. The cleaning service are almost daily. We stay more than two weeks and we have no complain.

Worst hotel experience en my life
Hotels.com published an hotel only for women but they don’t say that . I arrived and realized I could could check in as I needed one woman to be checked in with me . Unbelievable.

The location is ok, hotel clean,quiet,roomey but not sure will stay there again or not being a bit to far to walk to the MTR.

Female staff & housekeeper are great. Male staff need to be more friendly and helpful. Provide shuttle bus with a charge. Provide some food service.

The was on the 12th floor room was fine , I didn’t like that the bathroom light was not lighting where the mirror was and couldn’t really see into the mirror, and the washing basin was faulty too, didn’t want to complain because I was staying only for another 4 night. The first room on the 10th floor was excellent.

Summit View was great for a simple stay. Easy check in/check out process. Could do with a few more amenities in the room eg, spoons and small plates.

Not recommend to stay
Found hair on the desk and floor obviously. Kettle’s handle was broken. Made a call to Room Service, said mailbox full. Tried to call Reception then, had to keep calling, cos it seemed nobody there to answer the phone.
