The room was comfy. Love the pillows, the bed and the shower. Area around didn’t have a lot of reasonable food choices though.

Good for western travelers
It’s a up-standard western style hotel. Everything is good for my purposes including cleanse, quietness, breakfast, and staff’s support. Hotel is in good location for transportation and leisure life.

This property was really nice, however the front desk is sometimes rude. My mom asked to break $100 hong kong money and the guy said they couldn’t. We then asked the lady that was near them working at the front and she did it no problem. Other than that, the property and amenities made the stay easy.

Great location close to everything you'd want - bus links, MTR and obviously Taxi's close by. Staff were good, I wouldn't say the best but they were efficient. Rooms were small but manageable. The clothes storage was quite bad. We had to live out of suitcases for the 9 days for 2 people! One tiny wardrobe and 3 drawers and nothing in the bathroom. Handy mini fridge to store your stuff and a kettle/tea provided but buy your own milk! Cleaners were great however but even they found it hard with our stuff all over the limited surfaces. Negative is the breakfast. Quite limited in my opinion for the price point and literally the same everyday. Staff a little on the rude side but not unexpected for the food service industry in HK. Use of tickets is old school in my opinion and LONG lines at peak time. I'd say we got bored with the food after day 3 and skipped it a few times. Overall decent but I would only go back if breakfast was an option to cancel to make it cheaper.

This hotel was walking distance from the KwanTung station. The room was clean, it’s a bit compact but we didn’t come to stay in the hotel. There is a mall next door and several restaurants . The breakfast was good as well, they offered free breakfast.

Great Holiday Stay!
I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, and helpful when I extend my stay. The room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, but as it’s included I can’t complain. The location worked great for me, only a 5 minute walk to the metro! Nice area around the hotel, a great mall nearby.

All good except someone from outside came up to my floor with me pretending she couldn’t find the room card, and then she didn’t remember which room…. eventually I made her leave, she disappeared. I’m concerned about the security of the hotel a bit. Other than that, everything else is great!

I like the front desk staffs who were very helpful with my needs. The room was clean and comfortable. However, breakfast wasn't as good as expected. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Katong, Singapore a couple nights in November and breakfast there was excellent.

I have stayed for a month and found that one of the 3 elevators is almost out of service every morning. Since we were staying on the lower floor, it made us difficult to go downstairs for the other 2 elevators easily got fully loaded from upper levels.

Very nice environment. Very nice staff. Self-service laundry was useful. The room was in reasonable size which bigger than I thought. Having a glass bathroom wall and door is a bit inconvenient while we have guest visiting. Otherwise, everything was great. The free breakfast there is above average. Highly recommend when you need a basic hotel.
