The room was clean, and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and was happy to recommend places to visit. It is in an ideal location with only a few minute walk to the old town. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice large room (room #1$) with access to shared breakfast terrace. Nice breakfast, use of shared fridge, A/C, very close to river gate to old city. Paid parking lot was great. I would book this again anytime.

The location could not be better. It is right at the gate to old town, across from the harbour and at the entrance to the Ladder of Kotor. Parking was convenient, right outside of the building and the staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, pastries and spreads.

We loved our romantic room with a nice balcony which gave nice views of the mountain and fortress. The apartment was a little quirky in that the lights in the wardrobe would never go off, and the safe was not fixed to anything solid, but we always love a room which has windows on two walls, which ours did. The environment within was laid back and relaxed and Matija provided very good support whenever anything was required. There was a small breakfast area for a decent, basic breakfast but we enjoy eating outside and so made use of the breakfast room balcony. We were very surprised that other guests chose to eat inside very close together and looking slightly awkward but pleased also because it meant a table was always free on the balcony for us.

Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.

Value for money was excellent. Great location, 5 minute walk to the old town, access to parking next door (15 euro/day), staff was friendly and very helpful. Great continental breakfast on a nice outdoor balcony.

きれいだし、旧市街の北口もハイキングの入り口にも近くて便利 予定より少し遅れて着いたのだが、最初受付に人がおらず、どうしようかと思った。what'supで連絡くれ、となっていたので使えるようにしておいたほうがいいかも

Quartos muito amplos cheio de amenidades, café da manhã sem imensa variedade, porem muito bem feito. Tem estacionamento no local, porem ele é pago €15/dia. O local é muito perto dos pontos principais e da Old Town que fica a 3min a pé. O atendimento foi bem tranquilo, nos deram muitas dicas e foi bem proveitoso.
