"Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli exceeded our expectations. It offered one of the largest standard hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in while traveling in Europe. "Room was not clean (they just swept a little bit) and we had a number of mosquitos that we were killing throughout the day. We were asked to keep the pool / beach towels for two days!!! Which hotel asks their guests to air dry towels??? We had a 3 night stay but left after the first night. Will never recommend this hotel."

"I want to acknowledge Michaela at the concierge desk in particular. When we needed a boat for the day, she understood immediately that I required one fully protected from the glare, and she would not stop until she found it, entirely within our budget. She stayed a full extra hour working on this, with a genuine smile the whole time (still not sure how she managed both). She then walked us to the boat with water in hand, and was there to greet us again at the end of the day. That is not a job...
