Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors. We didn’t have to climb stairs which was great.

I like that there was onsite parking in a gated courtyard. We are travelling on a motorcycle and so I always look for secure parking.

If you want to check in after 1900hrs you need to download an app to receive your room key, this key also opens the gates around the property, it failed to work properly on one occasion, not the most reliable form of gaining access to your room. Only a ten minute walk to the railway station was a bonus for me.

Clean and convenient. Walking distance from Rail station and downtown. Staff at reception not available before 3pm. If you carry heavy luggage be ready to fight the steps even to reception

For 1 night is fine to stay.spacious room but bad quality beds, towels,broken shower,they brought us baby cot without mattress.obviously we couldn't used it and reception not open.to not mention about the parking.we paid €10 for the night and in the morning the car was full of dirt from the tree and sticky. For 2 more hours we stayed they asked €6 extra, better to park outside or ask for better spot in the premises.good location though but next time I would book somewhere else.

Alles passte! Kurzer Fußwege zum Bahnhof und Zentrum. Ruhige Lage etwas abseits nahe Park.

+ čistota a ochotný personál +Blízko centra - ak sa neobjednáte priamo cez nich tak Vás víde draho parkovanie a raňajky -Vaňa sa nachádza pri stene,takže je problém so sprchovacím -Hore na poschodí je v lete ako v saune.

房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。

Well, a lot happened at this hotel. That said, we would go back, but make sure the room was booked as requested. Here is what happened. We visited 6 rooms it total. It was a comedy of errors. That said, Thomas on the front desk, wins the customer service award. First our room was given to someone else, then in another room, the shower head was under a sloped roof at knee-height. To sit and bathe, you would bang your head. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then in the next room, after moving, the AC wouldn't work. Then, in a new room, the sink wouldn't drain. In the end, we slept. Funny, but a bit disastrous.

Schönes Hotel in Kosice

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel wird auch für Hochzeiten genutzt, dann ist es leider nicht möglich Nachts zu schlafen.

Bra hotell med ca 5 minutt gange fra sentrum. Bodde i hus leilighet ved siden av selve hotellet. Bra frokost, men kaffen var det ikke mye smak av.

מלון דליה לא מתאים למספר הכוכבים

האמבט היה בלתי אפשרי למקלחת אלה בישיבה בגלל הקיר שהיה מוטה ולא אפשר לעמוד . סכ"כ החדר סביר חוץ מהשירותים והעובדה שצריך לעלות הרבה מדרגות כדי להגיע לחדר וזה היה ממש קשה עם מזוודה
