Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). "We got a room with no view facing a parking lot and a big wall. Soaps and have to requested. Staff was very obliging and very good. It is a bit further from the centre of the town but walkable.Breakfast was very good."

It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "
