Staff are really delightful and helpful. There are a number of excellent tavernas within walking distance in the local town. "Lovely large room, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Beautiful pool area. However, we could not use the pool as it was closed for 3 days due to rain. For a lot of that period there was no rain and it was hot weather, so we feel it is unfair on all the guests to close the main hotel attraction for no good reason. If it had been terrible weather, we would understand, but there was the odd rain shower and that's all. "

Each time I needed them the desk staff were friendly & helpful. I was in several different rooms, all were clean & comfortable. The bus station is 25 mins walk towards the edge of town."

"This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."
