"Room was immaculate and the fruit platter and bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. All staff were so attentive and polite. Very engaging. The meal at the à la carte Beef Club was simply sensational. For the additional cost of €55 per head one of the finest meals of our lives. We took advantage of the spa and had a massage. Again, a delight. Overall, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need and then some. Quality of food and variety, the bars and drink options plus the poolside waiter service to your sun loungers. Excellent. Of course, if the beach is your thing it’s all there too. We’ll be back! "

"Currently here again in Masmavi - our 8th visit. Can't wait to book again next year. The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!"

"Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast and efficient. Also, our room pool was not clean when we arrived, next day we asked for it to clean and it was taken care of. Overall great hotel and highly recommend but we had room specific issues. I wouldn’t choose this kind of room again with my kids."

"Good hotel for children"

"This was a superb property with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. It was beach front and they kept the sand clean and tidy. They have tennis courts, a great mini waterpark with plenty of exciting slides for kids and adults alike. The rooms were kept very clean and the level of service was excellent. Staff were attentive and responsive to your needs. The best food quality and variety I’ve ever seen in a resort setting. The wait staff were so prompt, professional and courteous! The conference center attached to this resort was of high quality and the audiovisual staff very knowledgeable and the equipment was state of the art. I would 100% recommend and will return."

"Tonnes to do for kids, amazing heated pools, the staff, service and concierge were probably the best I've seen in Antalya. Food however needs improvement overall. "
