"Fabulous renovated hotel within easy walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay exceptional. Guest rooms were clean with comfy beds & pillows. Complimentary hot breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, sausages & potatoes with fruit, pastry & cereal also available. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in central Revelstoke."

"Booked for three days. Only stayed the last day. When I arrived I noticed the safety entrance was broken to get to suites. When arrived I entered the code they sent me and it did not work. Strangely heard people inside my suite. I knocked then housekeeping came out. I asked why they were in there because it hadn’t been used. All they would say is (we do deep clean).
