The staff was kind-- when I asked about the silver perk at the desk, the gentleman was unsure what it was but offered free breakfast vouchers for the duration of my stay. "First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday. "
"We stayed here 14 days July/August 2025. Ukrainian receptionist noticed our long stay so she made sure we got a room with seaview on 11th floor. Awesome. Breakfast at Scandic hotels are awesome. This didn’t disappoint. Be aware many patrons come around 9 so a hint is to come before or after. Hotel is close to CPH airport and hotel offers shuttle service back and forth (pick up drop off in front of Terminal 2) but must be booked on website in advance (easy).
