"The location of the Palma Rima is excellent and the bungalows are a good size and in nice grounds. The staff are all excellent particularly the reception staff and money exchange (safe) man (Buba Demba) and all of the security and cleaning/maintenance staff who we had most dealings with. "Unique: proximity and view of the Ocean. The landscape. The pictures are true Good WiFi , back up generator really handy as we had frequent power outages (NAWEC still haven’t got their sh*t together. Business suffering as a result.) Staff is amazing. Quick check in process, actually had us in our rooms before checking time as we arrived early from a long tiresome flight. The rooms are spacious but not sure what happened with the doors, wall paint - poor workmanship I guess. Definitely not meeting the standards of a hotel of this class and price. Great stay overall"
