"Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."

"On the positive this was a lovely property with all the amenities you would expect for a seemingly 'luxury' experience. The inside space was lovely, great balcony and en suites for both bedrooms. The living space was great and the kitchen perfect for our needs. The pool area is clean and beautifully kept and the sea views exquisite. The areas to improve are a few and quite important.
