"I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

"Wir und unser Hund hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Knossos Beach. Wir duften unseren Hund mit an den Strand und in den Aussenbereich des Restaurants nehmen, sodass er nicht allein im Zimmer bleiben musste. Das herzliche Personal (Anastasia und ihre Kollegen) im Buffetrestaurant hat den Urlaub für uns noch schöner gemacht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"It was our first time in Crete Greece and not realizing how big the island is ( biggest island in Greece) we picked Saint George Gournes Bay. It is a really nice, clean and almost brand new hotel looking over a beautiful sea Our room was spacious and very well designed. Bathroom was big and we had a balcony looking over the courtyard and some sea view. The staff is friendly and extremely professional.. Alex welcomed us upon arrival went over all of the necessary information with us. Breakfast...

"Wonderful welcome from wonderful staff. Nothing feels like too much trouble. The standard room was basic but was perfectly sufficient for our needs and cleaned every day. The hotel has a boutique style with 2 nice outdoor pools and one indoor, next to the small but sufficiently equipped gym. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the spa treatments but the staff were also very nice in there. We were half-board and found the food to be excellent - lots of choice, very fresh and again,...
