"It's a bit outside of the center but the standard is very good and there is a metro station less than 5 minutes of walk from the hotel.
No breakfast but it was not a problem for me, this time."
"So much good things to say about this place. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. As a first time visitor from New York to Georgia I truly enjoyed my stay here. I’d recommend staying here!"
"Great location. Walking distance from the center of Tbilisi. Great and professional staff, very clean hotel. Our family enjoyed the stay in Address Boutique Hotel."
"Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Avlabari metro station. Very clean rooms with balcony and great spread of breakfast including cereals, variety of eggs, breads, fruits, juices, cakes and what not. Friendly staff and very helpful. Highly recommended."
"The hotel feels like a quiet corner tucked into the middle of the city. Room was neat and warm, and I liked that the staff were present without being over the top. One afternoon I needed help navigating to a local gallery, and reception not only explained the way but also shared a shortcut. The terrace made mornings feel a little slower, in a good way—coffee, bread, and some fresh air before heading out. A very easy, comfortable stay."
"My initial impression after a few minute uphill walk and climb up a spiral staircase wasn’t great, but this place got better every day. It’s family run, charming and quirky. Pretty good location. Maybe not for everyone but I recommend it. "
