Villas were well maintained. Food was good. View was lovely from the patio. The whole resort was well maintained. Access to Taatoh private beach and Freedom Beach (50 baht to visit if not staying at the resort). Staff was friendly. Stayed here 9 nights and would return. Scooter rental available onsite - likely to get charged for minor scrapes and dings upon return. The cash deposit (chose this instead of leaving passport with them) was 7000 baht and got maybe 1000 baht back.

We were in bungalow #47, which is surrounded by trashes and dirt. We had the feeling being in a recycling center ! The sink was totally clogged. Last but not least, the personnel at the front office were totally unfriendly, in particular what seems to be the manager of the resort (other staff out of the front office was nice). During our 3 weeks trip in Thailand we were never received like this. The food in the restaurants was average. Apart of that, view was very nice and located close to the beach... We'll never go back to this resort for sure.

Beatyfull place.

Nice and tidy, bungalows where good. The staff where smiling and helpfull. 15 min walk to nearest store for snacks . Beatyfull place we can recommend.

Great breakfast buffet as well as transport to and from boat was included. Staff super helpful and coordinated day trips. Rooms clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Beaches awesome with bars and restaurants. Highly recommend. We stayed in 8 locations during our Thailand travel. My 10 year old son voted this is top place!

Nice little room with incredible view !!! Just amazing. Go to the second beach by just following the path all the way (don’t stop at the first beach) don’t forget your snorkeling equipment

Amazing stay. Staff is wonderful and helpful. The resort is far from the busy areas in Koh Tao so it’s perfect for relaxing. The only downside was on my day of checkout, a staff member came and banged loudly on my door at 8am. My pickup was at 8:30 so it was a bit unnecessary. Also, there aren’t always enough sun beds for guests at the private beach. I think outside visitors tend to come in and take the beds reserved for guests. Otherwise, I couldn’t recommend this oasis and their wonderful staff enough.

Nice little bungalow with a small balcony and stunning view. But the property looked like a garbage dump at some parts. Should be cleaned up from trash and made nicer. Nothing really around the hotel so renting a scooter would be necessary. Breakfast was not so good and I believe I got sick from it. Staff was helpful.

The most beautiful location. I was upgraded on arrival to a beachfront villa and the views were spectacular. A tranquil paradise, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind whilst still being able to walk to some busier bars and dive shops. The staff were beyond friendly and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay.

First of all, the property is not accessible. There is a big hill separating it from all of the restaurants and shops so you have to taxi everywhere or hike up a mountain. Also the hotel staff seemed like they had no idea what’s going on. Every question I asked them was met with I don’t know or no response. For example, the air conditioning broke and I called the hotel five times and no one every picked up. Also the door was locked with a padlock. Moreover, a strange man left his sweaty t shirt in our room???? Again tried to call the hotel to address it but there was no response. An extremely inappropriate situation. The sheets were stained and never changed. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody.

The Manager at this property should be fired. I arrived at the pier and was picked up with a sign with my name on it. At check in I gave them my passport. They took me and another family with a child to room 002. There were 2 rooms with a shared deck. I thought this was strange because I booked a deluxe room and the photos on Expedia showed a private deck. I went to lobby and told her I think I’m in the wrong room. She yelled at me! No you booked a family room. I said no I did not, she said yes you did. I said I want to be moved. She said no I cannot the hotel is full and the entire island is full. I went and spoke with her every morning and she refused to move me. On the morning of my last day after being there 4 nights I went on the website and looked at the pictures of all the rooms. The room I was in 002 was The family room. The 2 rooms were together as the family room. So they put me in someone else’s room and sold my deluxe room to someone else. Not only did they screw me but they screwed the family that was supposed to have the entire place to themselves. I went to desk she yelled at me what is wrong now you here so early, it was 7am. I told her that I new I was sharing the family’s room and told her I was leaving and I wanted a full refund! She said I did not know you were a American? Anyway I got a refund and left, Beware. She did not refund me the money Expedia earned so that’s something I have to deal with next! Unbelievable

la plus belle plage de l'hôtel est occuper par de gens d'extérieur de l'hôtel - illimité . a 14h00 : 200 à 250 de scooter sont garées sur la parking extérieur '400 à 500 personnes sur la plage - pas de tranquillité pour se reposer -
à 17h00 le parking est encore remplie

Sehr tolle Resort direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, aber mit einem Roller ist man sehr mobil. Gut ist der kostenlose Transport vom Hafen zum Hotel. Frühstück ist gut, frisches Obst, pancakes, Brot etc. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten Bungalow 20. dieser hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer liegt aber auch nicht direkt am Steg sodass nicht jeder daran vorbeiläuft. Das war optimal

Quarto amplo, vista linda, praia deliciosa, bom restaurante. Dificuldade de deslocamento para quem não dirige moto. Sentimos falta de cadeira ou poltrona no quarto e de local para acomodar roupa e bagagem. A água do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais generosa.

Belle vue pour une prestation très médiocre

Cet hôtel n’a d’intérêt que son emplacement sur freedom beach et proche du suan view point. Nous avions une villa avec piscine vue mer. Sur ce point top. Villa propre et confortable. Par contre, extra bed pour notre fils horrible. Matelas très fin. Une planche de bois inconfortable et indigne du prix payé pour le logement. Pour la qualité du petit déjeuner, passez votre chemin. Très quelconque et pas frais (les fruits et le yaourt sont à température ambiante voire chaud). Hôtel excentré (ce qui a son charme par rapport à sa situation sur freedom beach) et de ce fait taxi obligatoire si on veut se déplacer. L’hôtel en profite pour proposer des tarifs excessifs à mon sens. Par contre, point positif : Navette gratuite à l’aller pour rejoindre l’hôtel et au retour pour rejoindre le port. Le pire est la qualité de service et surtout l’accueil du personnel qui est déplorable voire inexistant et désagréable. Aucun effort pour rendre service ou être aimable et se faire comprendre des clients. Ma pire expérience en Thaïlande sur ce point. Aucune petite attention Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais

Chouette expérience

On est séduit par les photos de l’établissement et les chambres. En effet, la chambre front de mer est une chouette expérience. Les coursives de l’hôtel ne m’ont pas dérangé. L’hôtel est un peu à l’écart mais à 6 min par la plage, on trouve de supers restos. Promenade vers un point de vue et une autre route raccourci pour aller à Shark bay, snoorkeling incroyable. Devant l’hôtel pour le snoorkeling n’est pas le meilleur spot. Petit déjeuner compris. Il y à moyen de trouver qlq chose de bon, les petites crêpes et fruits sont très bons. Les restes ne m’a pas intéressé pour un déjeuner. Le lit d’appoint 3 personnes est très spartiate et dure. Le bungalow mériterait un rafraîchissement. Salle de bain rudimentaire et rideaux qui donne sur la vitre salle de bain/ mer pas terrible. Personnel gentil. Vêtements à nettoyer impeccable. Taxi on peut trouver à 300 baths pour 3 pour le pier. Taxi gratuit arriver et départ. Défaut pour la chambre front de mer bcp de détruits. On pourrait un peu ramasser les plastiques même si la mer en apporte ts les jours. Au moins si on voyait une intention de le faire par le personnel qui oublie lui même ses bouteilles d’eau n’importe où.
