Unfreundlich und teuer

Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns über die gesamte Zeit nicht willkommen und unwohl gefühlt. Für Menschen die keine Hunde-Liebhaber sind, ist der Hotel-Hund sehr störend. Da man, ohne angebellt zu werden, nicht in das Zimmer kommt. Positiv: Putzfrauen/-männer und “Kofferboy“ freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu TEUER!! Wir kommen kein weiteres Mal.

The room was quite nice and clean. Cheap nightly rate got our attention but you get what you pay for. Hotel staff weren't rude but weren't overly helpful. No breakfast was available for purchase despite having being advertised as so. The shower didn't drain properly so you quickly found yourself standing in an inch of water. This was a place we could comfortably sleep, no more or less than that.

good location, easy walk to beach. close to shops. thunderstorms the days we were here so spent a lot of time in room, luckily room was cozy and balcony ment we could watch the storms in action

Fint men dåligt läge

Nära till hamnen vilket passade oss som kom in med en senare båt till koh TAO. Bra wi-fi och närhet till restauranger osv. Dock inte den hel av ön man vill bo på. Trist område.

The hotel is very clean and near the pier (5 minutes walk). The price is very good too. The landscaping around the hotel is good too. If you want to use the pier as your base to visit multiple places in Koh Tao, this hotel is recommended.

The hotel has no restaurant or swimming pool but the beach was a 15 minute walk away and restaurant/bars/shops were a 2 minute walk away. It's a short walk up the hill from the main pier so need for a taxi when you arrive on the island.

Very nice, clean hotel

Very nice hotel, very clean. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were lovely. Very near to the pier but a taxi ride to Sairee beach.

Fint, rent og ryddig

Vi bodde 7 netter på dette hotellet. Rommet var greit, med et stort oppholdsrom og bad. Rommet var fint, badet kunne vært bedre. Hyggelig mann i resepsjonen, noe problemer med å kommunisere på engelsk. Alt i alt et fint opphold

Ko Tao Baan Suan Ta

It was roomy and the balcony was its best feature. There wasn't an in room safe but safe area overall. It's a 10-15 walk up to the beach area which had a few incline hill. The bathroom is all black and dark but cool looking. Close to scuba dive and close to a few massage shop. Also close to the pier. Upon arriving we pulled out giant suitcases up an incline hill for about ten minutes but taxi is not necessary.

Zentrale Lage

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Rollerverleih am Hotel sehr gut und ohne Probleme bei der Rückgabe. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des Piers zu Fuß. Strandtücher können bei Bedarf an der Rezeption kostenlos geholt werden. Der schöne Strand Mae Hat ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern.

KO TAO HOTEL AM HAFEN

freundliche und liebe Hotelbesitzerin Zimmer sauber nur etwas laut da der Hafen die Anlegestelle der Fähren nur 30 Meter entfernt liegt einerseits hält man sich tagsüber sowiso nicht im Hotel auf insofern alles top gelaufen

Clean and good location

Room was very clean but they didn't change the towels when we stayed there, and there were no hand towels, only for the shower. Another thing is that first place is right in the floor, so you can only open the curtains if you don't mind everyone watching you. Bed was very big and confortable, and location was great, two minutes from the pier. Rooms with fan are exactly the same but with the A/C not connected.

Ottima camera ma atmosfera un po' freddina

L'albergo si trova in buona posizione nella cittadina principale di Koh Tao, non bisogna quindi aspettarsi spiaggia privata, è una buona soluzione per dormire e da usare come base per le escursioni nell'isola. La camera ha tutti i comfort ma l'atmosfera è un po' freddina.
