A SOLID hotel... Super solid... No where near a beach( that's good) and short 5 minute walk to the super lotus market.. -everything an anything you want -
The staff are SENSATIONAL, the rooms awesome, every room and patio has a entrance to the property pool that runs all over.. the water in the pool was perfect temperature and showers.. huge with great water pressure
The good- the property is amazing and clean, fantastic staff and layout..
The not so good ...... Beds are hard (ask for a topper),
Breakfast is lackluster.
But a solid place to stay..i would go back

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

The hotel itself was stunning, and so were the staff. I did, however, encounter a few issues. There was a lot of information shared upon arrival—some of it was available in a leaflet or via WhatsApp, but not all of it. It was overwhelming to take in, and we found ourselves asking the same questions ...

Clean room. Pool right beside my patio. Wonderful friendly staff. Although not all spoke English there was always someone around who did. Perfect stay. Great breakfast. Many choices. The staff on the beach would come by and adjust our umbrellas for shade.
