This place was the private Villa and quiet beach that we needed. If you want the hustle and busy bustle Koh Samui has to offer, this isn’t it. Great included breakfast each morning and the staff was very accommodating for anything we, our child, and my parents needed, including transportation.

Great place to be with family and kids. Far from Samui noise, with private clean not crowded beach. On the other hand takes only 15 minutes to get to all central popular places. Villa is real value for money. Huge private pool. Big rooms. Stuff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Paradise on Koh Samui

I stayed at the Idyllic Samui Oceanfront Resort and Villas for 3 nights earlier this month. The resort was amazing and the rooms are superb. I was in a villa facing out the front of the resort and was able to watch the sunset over the bay from my balcony every night. Although, I think what really made my stay special was the staff from the ladies who made up my room everyday and where always smiling to the staff in the reception office who where always there to help. *Special mention to Boomie from reception who came to pick me up from the "The Big Bhudda" when I got lost finding the resort, and throughout my stay was exceptionally professional and helpful with all my requests. Thanks for a lovely stay. Mike

Es war wirklich etwas besonderes,dort Urlaub zu machen. Schon zu Beginn wurde mir kostenlos ein Upgrade angeboten. Hatte nur die einfache Variante gebucht, die auch schön wirkte, aber die Villa mit eigenem Pool war dann doch besonders. Man ist dort, wenn man mag , ganz für sich.Das Personal ist super freundlich. Ich konnte mehrmals mit in die Stadt fahren, habe, wenn ich dort war, Obstteller vorbeigebracht bekommen, konnte ein Kajak ausleihen und bekam sogar Besuch von einer Freundin, was auch kein Problem war. *

Not Idyllic

Place is very near a nice beach. For the money ($180/night), it left a lot to be desired. Although it was nice having a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen; the beds were not comfortable. Lots of ants in kitchen. When we did not get breakfast the first morning I complained. Manager said she would give us a bigger breakfast second morning. That logic was interesting. What bothered us the most was the lack of customer attention. For instance, we heard very loud angry screaming. We came down to see what was going on. The manager was nearly coming to blows with a non-guest. Guests should never be exposed to this on their holiday. Since we didn’t get breakfast one day, I’d have thought they wouldn’t have charged us the 400 baht to the ferry pier. I guess I shouldn’t think. One really big dreawback was that there is no food anywhere near the hotel. We had food delivered and it remains the most expensive meal we’ve yet had in Thailand. This place can do much bettering be much more customer friendly.

Great place to relax in fantastic surroundings.

We received a great welcome from Hans and the team the moment we arrived at Idyllic. We had a fantastic villa and the beach was a 2 minute walk down a private road. We shared the beach with 2 hotels but there were so few people using it you thought it was your own private beach. Nothing was too much trouble, all of the staff were great. Choeng Mon was a 5 minute taxi ride away, Chaweng and Fisherman's Village about 15 minutes. I would recommend Idyllic to anyone.

היתי בוילה "אלוייה וררה" עם בריכה וג'קוזי פרטיים. הוילה היתה במרחק של 2 דקות מהחוף. החוף מדהים וכל הזמן היה ריק. המים והחוף היו מאוד נקיים. גם בוילה היה צוות ניקיון שכל יום דאג לנקות את כל האזור וגם את הוילה. המקום נותן אפשרות לקחת נהג שלוקח לכל מקום בעלות של 10 ₪. לחוף שקרוב לווילות הנהג לוקח ומחזיר חנים. היחס בוילות מדהים ואני ממליצה להגיע לשם. החיסרון היחיד שאין מסעדות ומקומות בילוי במרחק הליכה מהמקום.

A lovely place away from the hustle and bustle

The staff were very accomodating and wonderfully helpful . Any questions were immediatley addressed in a very personable was well as professional manner while at the same time avoiding the stuffy formalities of many resort accomodation you find.
