Family friendly resort

We really enjoyed our recent stay at hacia. We were there for two weeks. The rooms are basic but very tidy, room cleaning is prompt. As there are only a few rooms the resort is quiet and relaxing. So nice to leave your room, straight onto a lounger. The pool is fantastic. Great lagoon design for kids. Balls and floaties provided. There is mini golf, petanque and badminton. The equipment is old but use able. There is a bar area but it is underutilised since the removal of coco splash. So disappointed this had been demolished. Otherwise highly recommend hacia for families. Good location in Lamai, away from the hustle of the main street but easy walking distance for little ones.

Great surprise

We were not sure about the hotel because of the reviews but when we got there we were more than happy. The rooms were ultra clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. The pool was not deep but it was great. There was a mini putt and a bocce ball space. The staff is very nice and the cleaning ladies dis a great job. Would go back anytime.

Nice room, but amusement park little run down

Overall a comfortable stay, but the facilities and cleanliness could use some improvements. The shower barely had pressure and the amusement park was not in the best condition

Great for couples

Lovely small resort with the rooms around the pool. Nice sun loungers and parasols make it comfortable to relax and pool a few steps from your room. Looks like it was once a water park but everthing no longer in use. Very pretty gardens all well maintained. Great place to stay if you like to chill out by the pool, there is also lots of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk down the road towards the beach.

Hidden Gem

Different from usual Samui hotels, quiet, clean and family friendly. Especially with small children. Shallow pool. Good walkable distance from beach and businesses, but not too close to noisy night life. Good value for money.

Pictures no longer represent the reality

We bought a 10-night stay under the impression that the hotel is part of a waterpark, but only two slides are available (the rest have been removed). All slides are built in concrete, leaving scratch-marks. The pools are also built in concrete, leaving bloody feet for our children. Overall review is that the pictures no longer represent the reality (they are probably taken a couple of years ago), leaving you very disappointed - especially if you have kids.

Quiet oasis

Good clean modern room ,great pool, great staff ,great location. A nice quiet oasis set back from the hussle and bussle of the busy main tourist district . The best of both worlds. Only negative the restaurant didn't seem to be open for dinner but there's plenty of eating options with in a short walk. Safe pool for families with young ones . 4 stars

Great for kids .

Spacious family room with connecting rooms. Nice and clean . No reception facilities after 5pm. Water park was great for kids .

Average Hotel

Hotel has strange policy of cash only. Need to pay for extra bed which I did not request and deposit for room keys after prepaid everything in full. Had a hard time communicating with staff. Hotel looks aging, most facility already run down.

Room facilities is too old

Room facilities is too old, the tap in shower rooms even broken and toilet in one of our room got stuck. It's can't be called as "resort" but more like a motel. I been traveling alot and I think the price paying per night here is way too high

Wonderful

We were group of 9 to 75. Everyone enjoyed the facilities provided. Staff wonderful, cheery lot and very helpful, rooms always clean and pool. One hundred meters from main strip but before you get there you pass two really good restaurants Molly's and Pad Thai. Pad Thai best Thai food ever and we were all over Thailand. Molly's best Italian outside of Italy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hacia. When you reach the main strip turn left for quieter lamai and some other good restaurants or right for wild nightlife. Only suggestion cover all break food available......Thailand has flies

Die beiden Zimmer der Familienwohnung waren gross und bequem. Die Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionierte. Auch die Badezimmer war genug gross. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Zimmer waren immer ordentlich und sauber. Ein Föhn war dabei. Wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Poolbadetücher, die wir auch für das Meer benutzen konnten. Durch die Undichtigkeit der Türen und Klimaanlage kamen aber diverse Kleintiere hinein, sprich Eidechsen und kleinere Insekten. Dies wird aber in der Hinweistafel aber geschrieben, da das Hotel mitten im tropischen Grün ist, das das Riskio besteht.In einem Zimmer roch es nach Toilette, vor allem wenn es heiss und trocken war. Ich dachte der Gestank kam aus dem Reinigungsabflüssen oder aus der Schüssel. Ich habe ein paar mal gereinigt und abgedeckt, aber der Gestank blieb. Ich meldete es an das Putzpersonal. Sie reinigten nur die WC Schüssel mit Chemie. Bis ich selber herausgefunden habe, dass der Gestank von der fehlenden Silikondichtung um die WC Schüssel am Boden kam. Weil die WC Schüssel wahrscheinlich ohne grosse Dichtung auf dem Abflussrohr gesteckt ist, kam der Gestank von da und über die Löcher in der Silikondichtung. Ich teilte es dem Verantwortlichen der Instand Stellungen mit und er dichtete sofort mit Silikon ringsherum um die WC Schüssel am Boden ab. Ab dann war der Gestank verschwunden. Ich schreibe dies, weil in mehreren Bewertungen dies vorkam und bin der Meinung, dass das Hotel nicht wusste wie es lösen, was die Managerin jetzt dankte

Supernöjd med allt på hotellet förutom wi-fiet som ej fungerade på rummet. Annars var allt toppen, städtjejen var supertrevlig och duktig precis som killarna som städade runt poolen :)

trés bien qualité prix

prix qualité rien à dire,juste que le personnel un peu juste pour les renseignements ils sont toujours sur leurs portables et on dirait que l'on dérange,sauf Fa la femme de ménage qui n'arrete pas et qui vraiment formidable.Belle piscine ,elle devrait etre plus éclairé le soir.

Hotellissa tuntui olevan yksi henkilö joka hoitaa kaikki asiat. Ensimmäisenä iltana saavuttuamme hotellille, huoneesta puuttui pyyhkeet ja vessanpaperi. Saimme kuitenkin pyyhkeet pyydettyämme, mutta ne olivat likaiset allaspyhkeet. Huone perus siisti, mutta suihkussa on parantamisen varaa. Uima-allas näytti hieman likaiselta, mutta kyllä siellä joku silti polski. Kaikkiaan hotelli ok, mutta parantamisen varaa on myös runsaasti.

Séjour parfait

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits, très bon hôtel, réception très agréable. Ils demandent simplement une caution pour la clé (1000B ou passeport) rendu à la fin du séjour. Très bon petit resto juste à coté, emplacement parfait non loin des grands axes et du centre avec la plage. Piscine immense et très agréable, fidèle au photo. Je recommande totalement.

Sfeervolle oase van rust op een perfecte locatie

Super. Heerlijke oase van rust en sfeer midden in de drukte. Perfecte lokatie ten opzichte van strand en nachtmarkt en alle andere faciliteiten. Fijn om vanuit je kamer direct in de pool te kunnen gaan en voor de kinderen alerlei vermaak in en rond de pool. De waterpark stelt niet zo veel voor maar de pool van het resort is leuk zat voor de kids.

Rustig en netjes

Rustig resort, mooi aangelegd. Niet echt Thais, maar wel relaxte sfeer. Locatie ligt dicht bij strand, en winkels. Hoewel er een restaurant is, wordt die nauwelijks gebruikt, dus niet echt gezellig. Wij haalden zelf spullen voor het ontbijt (op ieders eigen terras staat bistrosetje) en gingen buiten uit eten. Bedden zijn wat hard, maar massages worden volop aangeboden in de buurt :-). Voor ons is de keuze op deze accommodatie gevallen vanwege het aanbod van familiekamers. In praktijk betekent dat 2 kamers naast elkaar met een deur ertussen, ideaal met kinderen! Alle kamers liggen op de begane grond en grenzen aan het zwembad. Net buiten het park, via het restaurant bereik je het openbare waterpark met 2 (Thais aangelegde) glijbanen, zwembad en klein watervolleybal/polo zwembadje. In augustus, toen wij er waren, was het overal rustig. WiFi signaal is niet heel goed.

Manglende vandland men ok hotel

Vi havde booket hotellet grundet det vandland som skulle ligge lige ved siden af. Det viste sig bare at største delen af vandlandet var blevet nedlagt og tilbage var en enkelt pool med 2 rutsjebaner. Havde vores datter været ældre, havde det måske fungere ok men da hun endnu ikke er fyldt 2, var der intet vandland tilbage til hendes alder. Underlaget i poolen var også meget ru, hvilket gav små hudafskrabninger under tæerne. Vores værelse var nymalet men ellers virkede hotel lidt forfaldent.

Hotellrummet bra, vattenparken obefintlig

Bilderna är heeelt missvisande. Det fanns bara två öppna vattenrutschbanor. En var så smal att bara barnen kunde åka. Ungarna skadade fötterna flera gånger pga den raspiga marken. Trevlig pool och fina rum. Tyvärr en massa mygg när vi var där.

Piscine et aquapark

La piscine et l'aquapark sont de réels atouts. Chambres propres et spacieuses, matelas assez fermes, connexion wifi instable. Personnel aimable. Proche de la rue commerçante. La plage de Lamai n'a rien d'exceptionnelle. Conclusion : cet hotel est à recommander surtout si vous avez des enfants.

Parfait pour un séjour à Lamai

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cette hôtel très bien situé à Lamai (proche de la plage et du centre : on peut tout faire à pied). Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et confortables juste devant la piscine (le frigidaire et la bouilloire sont bien pratiques). Le restaurant vient d'ouvrir (on peut manger sur place). Les managers de l'hôtel sont supers car toujours présents pour vous donner des petits conseils sur les choses à faire et à visiter (un grand merci à Jonathan). Et pour ceux qui ont des enfants le coco splash (parc aquatique) sur place est gratuit pour les clients. Je reviendrai sans hésiter à l'Hacia Resort lors d'un prochain séjour à Samui.

Ruhiges Hotel direkt am Wasserpark gelegen

Wir waren hier für eine Woche mit unseren drei Kindern. Das Hotel liegt im Wasserpark,was den Kindern sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir waren da jeden Tag und hatten eine gute Zeit. Das Frühstück war einfach,aber ausreichend. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer,die durch einen kleinen Privatgarten miteinander verbunden waren. Es gab jeden Tag Stromausfall und immer wieder Probleme mit dem WLAN. Auch hat es im Bad ab und zu unangenehm gerochen. Unsere Wand war feucht,was auch daran liegen kann,dass dort der Gartensprenger stand und so die Wand feucht wurde. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein großer Pool, der oft und viel von allen genutzt wurde. Wir können das Hotel gut empfehlen trotz der Mängel. Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist,vermute ich,dass sich alles noch besser einspielt und verbessert wird.
