Property is in a central location within walking distance to main shopping shops and malls.Very easy to get Uber and public transport from here. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Cleaning of the room was done everyday. Cleanliness was maintained both inside the room and out.Food was excellent both at the breakfast buffet as well as in the Canopy Restaurant. Bathroom fittings need to be updated..so also the curtains.

Good hotel, better than most

Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer. Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India. Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined amble. Rooftop pool ok though only 5 sun beds.
