The church was built from 1900 to 1903 to the plans of Ludwig Becker, who would go on to be the Mainz Cathedral master builder. The Herz-Jesu-Kirche was consecrated on 19th May 1904. Our Koblenz Hotel Stay

Nice location with good accommodations. No elevator with steep stairs. Luke warm water in shower was all that was available during entire stay.

Its OK - depends on your needs.

Its ok. No air-conditioning but the weather is not hot too. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor where i stayed. So, due to climbing of a long staircase, I have to get all my stuff for the day everyday before going out to avoid climbing multiple times a day. Although, The room is clean and comfortable.

This is very nice accommodation in a great location; only a short walk to the historical area and attractions. The studio was lovely and clean (they replaced towels during our stay). Close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping (delicious bakery below) The only downside was there weren’t many dishes/cups etc to prepare/serve food and very steep stairs (if you’re carrying heavy luggage it can be tricky)

Zentral gelegen, Nassbereich neu, Zimmereinrichtung mangelhaft, 3. Stock über 3 steile, lange Treppen schwer erreichbar. Wasserkocher hat gefehlt, wäre wegen ausgefallener Heizung wichtig gewesen. (Kein warmes Wasser).

In Ordnung

Das Appartement war schön zentral gelegen und demnach gut zu erreichen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig (Haare, Pfanne und Geschirr war dreckig). Das Bad war jedoch schön eingerichtet mit toller großer Dusche. Jedoch war der komplette Klositz so locker, dass man ihn abnehmen konnte (sonst wäre man neben der Toilette gelandet) und die Schiebetür ist eher bedingt blickdicht und schließt auch nicht ab.

De ingang is moeilijk te vinden! Op 10-15 minuten lopen van het station. Dicht bij het centrum. Slechte wifi. Goede badkamer.

Dursichtige Tür ins Badezimmer ist blöd. Wenn jemand auf den Klo sitzt kann man alles vom Bett sehen. Die einzige Mitarbeiter von diesen Hotel, die wir gesehen haben , waren Mäuse.

Sneiper og kaldt vann.

Å komme til en plass du har betalt en del penger for og finne sneiper i kroker og ikke varmt vann i dusjen er for oss som var der useriøst. Ga beskjed pr. Mail om mangler og noe av dette ble rettet opp. Men nei. En slik opplevelse som dette for ting du betaler for ønskes overhode ikke igjen. Å det er det man kan si om den saken.

Hardly an apartment!

Check-in involved paying in cash at the adjoining restaurant. Then through a narrow passageway and lugging heavy cases up a narrow flight of stairs to what was basically a small motel room with a combined stove/sink. One stool only and no space on floor after cases opened. Meagre kitchen implements - not even a teatowel. Bed was good but pillows very ordinary. Bathroom was cramped and bath almost dangerous to get out of. Very limited channels on TV made worse as we had a rainy day and forced to stay inside. It was clean and adequate but a warning of what we get when the price is a bargain. Area was convenient with many restaurants and 10min walk to the station

Köln, München o. Hamburg – es war doch Koblenz!

Die Unterkunft ist für über 80€ einfach viel zu teuer (und es war KEINE Messezeit!). Kein Chic, kein Charme und wenn jemand eine Unterkunft sucht, und er keine findet, dann nehmen, ansonsten würde ich davon abraten. Kein einziges Bild was dem Hotel hinterlegt ist, gehört zu dem Zimmer was ich bekommen habe – sehr gut fotografiert, aber es entspricht nicht den Tatsachen oder die Bilder müssen anders zugeordnet werden. Zudem liegt das Zimmer 1.1 zur vielbefahrenen Strasse hin – die ganze Nacht über LKW und Busse + „möchtegern Rennfahrer“. Der Lärm war unerträglich. Mein Zimmer war sauber, doch das ist nicht alles bei einer Buchung. Eine Rechnung abzuändern ist anscheinend nur schwerlich möglich und wenn man ein Parkticket (der familieneigene Parkplatz hinterm Haus!) nachträglich bezahlen möchte, dann nur Cash und handschriftlich auf der Rechnung – sehr dubios. Die Besitzer / die „Schlüsselübergeber“ sind sicherlich sehr bestrebt gewesen mir den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, doch für Businesstripps, wo es auch mal eine standfeste mobile Leitung (mitten in der Stadt!) geben sollte, ist der hauseigene WLAN-Spot zu schwach. Ich bin leider enttäuscht, denn Preis-Leistung ist hier bestenfalls ein Mangelhaft.

Nice bathroom but stupidly noisy

A new apartment build above a restaurant. Read the check in details carefully, (there’s no reception) Grim decor on two flights of dingy stairs lead to a very decent spec apartment. Temperature was unbearable, no one around to ask for a fan. Too noisy to keep windows open. Street noise from cars and buses unbearable. Trains add to the very noisy environment. The killer is the full size fridge humming through the night. Around 0600 the room shook with noise for about 30 minutes solid, possibly a street cleaner don’t know but deafening. Plus guy would only take cash no cards

NO KEYS, NO KEYS!!

Did not stay here. We flew all night and drove right to Koblenz, arrived within the required time and went to the Asian restaurant next door. There was another family checking in and we announced that we were there for check-in. The proprietor just said "NO KEYS, NO KEYS!" I explained that we had a confirmation but "NO KEYS, NO KEYS". There were also no rooms to be found in all of Koblenz so Hotels.com found us a place in Frankfurt, to which we drove over an hour and checked in at 2 a.m.

Great location and very clean

Awesome location, close to all Koblenze has to offer and to the local area so there is cheaper food and drinks if you head towards the train station. Great bakery a few doors up for breakfast and close to the train station if that's how you're travelling. Check in was a bit tricky as the email was in German but after we translated it we realised you got the keys from the lady in the Asian Restuarant below the apartments- be mindful you have to pay in cash! The apartments are very clean - some have no bathroom privacy as the walls are glass but no big deal - just look the other way 😎

Modern apartment

The apartment was very nice, new, and updated. Please note the following: - No formal check in and check out. You get the keys from the Chinese restaurant next door, and they don't speak English. They are very nice, but there are communication barriers. - There is limited parking directly behind the building, and the back entrance is a little bit shady, with some gaps/holes in the ground, less clean and not well kept. - No elevator, and there are quite a few stairs. - There are plenty of kitchen items. There are no condiments, which is very normal - The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis - Walkable to restaurants and the old town
