The property was very clean and spacious. It was equipped with everything you need (dishes, pots and pans, hair dryer etc.) and had storage space for your belongings. The hosts were very accomodating!! It was walkable to the shops and restaurants.

Spacious Modern Flat Near the Old Town

We loved Cozy Flats Koblenz! Our flat was very spacious, modern, nicely decorated and conveniently located. Our host, Olaf, was kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Cozy Flats to anyone traveling to Koblenz!

Great location in the Old Town. Modern, spacious and clean. We found the central heating way too hot, and they could do with providing some comp tea and coffee supplies for the first night. But otherwise excellent stay.

Fin lägenhet som låg centralt. Trevlig värd som mötte upp och visade oss runt i huset. Vi valde att hyra parkering av värden. Skönt att ha bilen i källaren då området är trafikerat.

- richtig schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet - sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - super Lage in der Stadt (alles zu Fuß erreichbar) - Parkmöglichkeit zu einem angemessenen Preis Es wäre nett, wenn ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Salzstreuer und Küchenhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnten. Aber ansonsten wirklich alles tiptop!!

Die Cosy Flats liegen zentral in der Altstadt u. alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung (hier Flat 2) enthält alles, was für zwei Personen u. einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Hinzu kommt ein sehr freundlicher u. hilfsbereiter Vermieter.(Wir hatten ein Problem mit der etwas umständlichen Heizung) Ein sehr gutes Bett und schallisolierte Fenster sorgen für einen guten Schlaf. Die Parkgebühr von 9,50€ pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage ist angemessen. Bei erneutem Besuch in Koblenz würden wir wiederkommen.

Sehr gute Begleitung sowie Erreichbarkeit des Mitarbeiters. Sehr gute Informationen bezüglich der Wohnung und ihrer Möglichkeiten ( Wo befindet sich etwas, wie funktioniert etwas). Sehr freundliche Kommunikation.Funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Schlafsofa bequem und somit war eine gute Schlafqualität gegeben. Gefehlt hat ein Backofen um ihn als Selbstversorger zu nutzen.
