"The property and hospitality was amazing, as was our family villa. My major concern was employee food handling. We had 3 smoothies made and I happened to be at the bar while they were bejng prepared. I watched our bartender blend them, put a spoon in to taste it, put the spoon in his mouth, and then put the spoon back into our smoothies. Yuck! Aside from that, staff were attentive, lovely and exceeded our expectations. The massage place across the street was also fantastic and priced very well."

"To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view. This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage. The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here."

"Really lovely week. The property and the location are beautiful. The facilities, restaurants, etc. were all excellent. I would very much recommend it as a pleasant, relaxing holiday resort in a really beautiful spot. The service was very friendly and helpful but sometimes not quite hitting the standards I think they were aiming for - but only in little things, such as running out of menus one evening. The management of the airport transfers, which was important, was seamless."

"It’s right by the airport so it’s busy and you really don’t need a ride if you got 2 feet… literally right across the street! Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht"

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

"Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it. "
