Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa

"I have stayed at the Graceland several times over the years and it never disappoints. All the staff are always smiling and always seem so keen to assist with whatever you need. We had pool access rooms this trip (building 6), so did not spend much time at the main pool so can't really comment there, but the pool we had access to from our balcony was spotless and clean at all times. There were a few areas where tiles need replacing, but did not impact us at all. Food at the main restaurant (breakfast area, and buffets at night) was simple, but fresh, clean and tasty. We did the Japanese buffet and the International buffet nights and it was great, so much to choose from and left there each time in food comas haha. There was a minor issue where I had prearranged for a small birthday cake to be bought to our room on my husbands birthday and it was missed. I raised it at reception a day or two later. I told the lady it was no big deal, but wanted to let them know it was missed, and she insisted on sorting it immediately and we had a lovely cake waiting in our room an hour or so later. Little tip for everyone staying here - do not leave any food on your balcony! My son accidentally left a bag with some leftover fast food on the balcony when he went to sleep and the pigeons made a mess of it. That was a nice morning surprise...not! :-) Location is a massive winner as well here, right across the road from Patong Beach and close to heaps of shopping and nightlife."

"The staff here is always so kind and welcoming and always looking for ways to help make your stay more memorable! It’s the primary reason I keep coming back! Especially the team running the Chantara and By The Sea restaurants at the beach every afternoon and evening! The singers and dancers do a fantastic job entertaining guests each night too!"

"Been to Thailand 7 times lots of places this is probably one of the best resorts grounds was perfect on the beach TV had good channels only compliant was the bed was as hard as a board woke up stiff everyday."

"Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend."

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
