Almost ready to take off on your Ko Kood holiday? Wondering what to add to your travel itinerary? Don't fret — we'll give you some of our recommendations.
There is something bewitching about the waxing and waning swell at the shoreline. Unfold a picnic chair, sit back, relax and enjoy the fluctuating moods of the ocean at Klong Chao Beach. Visitors in this destination have a great range of options. Sometimes tranquil, sometimes forceful — few things are as awe-inspiring as a waterfall. Find a good vantage point and watch Klong Yai Kee Waterfall splash, rush and swirl over the edge. Still have some time to spare? There's something spellbinding about witnessing water falling down the edge of a cliff. Try to stand as close as possible to Klong Chao Waterfall and feel its cool spray hit your skin.
With approximately 19 accommodation on offer, you won't have any problems securing somewhere terrific to stay. Reserve a bed for your next luxury getaway or cheap holiday via Expedia and enjoy a good night's snooze in Ko Kood.
Begin your holiday on an opulent note by slipping between the soft, silky sheets at the Soneva Kiri (110 Moo 4, Koh Kood Sub - District). Alternatively, the Kama Siri (44 Moo 1 Soi Kaset) is a terrific place for the money-conscious traveller to get their forty winks.
There's nothing as satisfying as disembarking at Trat Airport (TDX) after a lengthy flight. After you've collected your suitcases and done a few stretches to get your legs moving again, you'll find yourself just 45 miles from Ko Kood's downtown area.

During our stay the cleanliness of the property was poor. Towels were dirty and ants in our bed.
We had previously stayed with Soneva in the Maldives (which WE LOVED) so our expectations were quite high. While Soneva Kiri was great, we don't think we would go back at the current costs of the room. There are far too many other hotels in Thailand that are as beautiful or more so, that cost much ...
Thank you Lee for all your amazing staff and your beautiful resort, will be back
I stayed two nights with my girlfriend at Wendy the Pool Resort. We had book a simple Pool Access villa but got upgraded to the Suite which was simply huge and with a view of the beach. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful with any of our requests (renting a scooter, scuba diving, snorkel ...
