"All excellent, lovely staff and easy check in. Had a drink of our choice, parking opposite and an easy walk into Manchester. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, pillows a little flat unfortunately. Nice touch was a pedestal fan. Only annoying point was a constant slamming door that kept waking us up in the morning. Breakfast was decent enough but shame it was instant coffee and the preparation area was pretty messy. Tables were a little sticky. I would recommend despite the small...

"The property was disappointing. I booked a 4 poster bed and it was a 4 poster just 4 planks of wood 1 at each corner with no drapes. Check in was unbelievable, we arrived at 2.30pm to be told we couldn't check in till 3! I stay in hotels all over Europe for 2 weeks out of 4 every month and have never been blocked for 30 minutes! The room had a macerator toilet and if you ran the sink/shower the macerator would kick in...really helpful at 3.00 in the morning. Climbing to our room on the 2nd...
