"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We Loved our stay at the Mathis House Victorian Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room luncheon. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the food selections. both Tea & breakfast. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Had a cute shop also. We loved the selections of teas & bought some for home. Highly recommend staying here."
"Located near beaches and off of the main road so there was not traffic noise. Our room was the 2 queens and was spacious. It’s an older hotel but they renovated things pretty well. Check to make sure you’re room is on the first floor if you can’t do steps as our 2nd floor room was accessible by steps only. "

"Cute little motel not too far from the beach. Walking distance to food. Quiet area. Motel is clean. Only complaint would be you can hear your upstairs neighbors so I’d suggest getting an upstairs room!"
"The towel rod was missing from my bathroom. The queen bedroom door was difficult to completely close as it would get stuck. But there were no bed bugs and it was a short walk to the boardwalk. "
"the hotel was great. the pool was really nice. they have a restaurant that is opened 8am to 7pm. the only negative i can say is we got a table at the restaurant for late breakfast and the service was very slow. otherwise, the experience was a great one. "
