There was plenty of parking. You have restaurants close by to choose from as well as stores like Target. The room was clean but felt stuffy. Would of been nice if we had queen beds. Also Knotts Berry walking distance.

Beds were super soft and comfy, clean room, good shampoo and conditioner. Multiple points of entry to the building with your keycard and parking all around, super convenient for bringing luggage. Short walk to lots of eateries and Knotts Berry, short drive to mall.

I liked the hotel because it was well maintained, clean and is relatively close to Knotts Berry Farm. You can practically walk there from the hotel and the check-out time being at noon is a plus. Honestly that extra hour before check-out is a life saver. Also the other plus is that Porto's and Medieval Times is literary across the street. My only tiny complaint is that the preferred payment method for the security/incidental deposit could not be paid with cash. I had to go to 3 ATMs to try to deposit the cash back into my card before checking in. I know this portion is more the surrounding banks’ weird ATMs than the hotel; but it was an inconvenience because the hotel itself doesn’t have an ATM. So if you’re a cash person keep that in mind.

Staff was amazing and so was the pool and gym but the fact that the courtyard had big nasty roaches all over the fire pit and baby roaches crawling around was bad look but the worst part was a roach got into my room and saw one in the hallway as well! So for that reason 2 stars the staff was also aware of the roaches so why has nothing been done about it. Why would I want to order any food from this hotel when roaches are crawling inside and outside.
