We simply were not told that the hotel is filled with migrants and homeless. Windows either locked or broken, perhaps to stop theft. Buggies and pushchairs fill 1st floor lobby next to lift. Bags of food left outside rooms for the non paying guests, whilst the paying guests all on the 5th floor. ...
