"Stayed for 3 days in a suite. The apartment had a mini kitchen which was helpful with a 14 month old. Spacious with 2 bedrooms. Beds were very good. The apartment had several bugs. Small spiders and some othrr ones. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful. Internet was totally unusable. Bathroom/shower fixtures were broken."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again."

"Das Zimmer war vom Ausblick her toll, das Bett hochbund bequem. Scheinbar wohnen im Hotel auch Keute ständig viele Tpren waren durch Handtuchrollen offen und es roch überall international nach gekochtem Essen. Manche Dinge müssten repariert oder erneuert werden. Tapete im Bad z.B. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist ein Frühstpck im Basement ohne Fenster nicht mein Fall. Das Frühstück für 16 Euro wurde frisch zubeteitet, den riedigen Pott Tee...

"We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. "

"Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful & service minded staff. Nice bar and restaurants in hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area. Around twenty minutes bus trip from the city centre."

"Everything was as we expected. Well located by the river and a number of good restaurants. The women behind the host desk was fantastic. She worked to accommodate any requirements we had with the most pleasant attitude. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great every day. When flying out of Shannon I would stay there again."

We loved the room, the staff was very friendly (and even gave us coffee & lunch recommendations in the area!), and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. The only downside was the laundry was quite a bit more expensive than we were anticipating, but that maybe have just been us being naive. Overall a great experience!"
