"This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay...

"The location was perfect. Quiet, near Harrods and Hyde Park, and we had a well apointed room. I gave it 4 stars as the elevator was out of service while we were there. Fortunately we were on the 2nd Floor. "

"Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience. "
