My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and took a chance on a hotel we'd never heard of: the MANDARIN ORIENTAL! Best decision of my life! :) The staff treated her and I like family, being kind, gracious, catering to every need we had, always smiling, and basically treating us like we were the King and Queen. I've never had better service from every single staff member: concierge, check-in, doormen, housekeeping, in-room dining, restaurant...in every facility we used, the Mandarin Oriental Staff exceeded our wildest expectation of being pampered, spoiled with generosity, and extremely professional as well. I will always stay here, only stay here, when in London... and already in 24-hours after checking out, have told a dozen people about this phenomenal 5-day stay we had at this beautiful hotel. I personally think it was great location for what we needed but we had to call for toilet to be repaired and also a few other bits was to a low standard comparison to other hotels at that kind of level we have stayed at. I enjoy all, except there is no place that van eat&drink outside ehich faced to Hydepark. The door was closed and not opened to sit against Hyde.

Buen lugar si vas de compras

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, el servicio y las instalaciones fueron buenas aunque una pareja que venía en nuestra misma reservación tuvieron una mala experiencia en su habitación, por el precio que se paga la experiencia debería de ser impecable

This property was AMAZING! 5 star experience the whole way. Turn down service, fresh flowers everywhere, customized gifts, and a wonderful spa. High tea at the rose bury is a must!! The staff is so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!! Will stay here again.
