"A pure 10/10 :exceptional hospitality and breathtaking views! Our stay at Papaevangelou Hotel was truly unforgettable. The host was incredible warm, exceptionally helpful, and wonderful with our kids after a long drive. The rooms were simply "wow" spacious, cozy, beautifully designed, and honestly much nicer than the photos online show. The outdoor sitting area has jaw dropping mountain views, and the location in Megalo Papingo is perfect, with everything within short walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and served by a lovely team. A flawless 10/10 experience highly recommended for families!"

"We spent three nights at Aristi Mountain Resort at the end of a 10-day trip to Greece, and it exceeded our expectations. The photos and reviews do not do it justice. The resort has about 26 rooms spread across several stone buildings on the mountainside above the charming village of Aristi. Our Superior Double Room felt like a private cottage, with its own entrance, spacious bedroom and sitting area, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and outdoor seating. Thick stone walls and shutters kept the room naturally cool, so air conditioning was rarely needed. Breakfast was excellent, served indoors or on a terrace with spectacular mountain views. We also enjoyed dinner one evening. The food and service were excellent, though prices were higher than in the village. A more casual daytime menu would be welcome for snacks. The pool was rarely crowded, but shade was limited. The same was true of the restaurant terrace, where a larger roof would improve comfort. Opening the dining room to the outdoors creates a lovely atmosphere but also attracts flies. The poolside lounge, terrace, and bar are underused. Offering drink menus, light snacks, and more shade would make these spaces more inviting. Overall, the resort has a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. The indoor pool beside the spa offers a quieter alternative, though direct access to the adjoining terrace would make it even better."

"this inn gets a 10/10. first thing was we drove up to the inn and kind of got stuck between the stone walls on the narrow way, between we didn't realize that the parking was below. Vangelis, the male host, came out to help us by driving the car down to the parking for us! then were shown our room: clean and comfortable with excellent linens, a nice shower, and plenty of space. breakfast is ample, and tailored to your needs by Vassilia. everything is home-made, delicious and delivered with a smile. the vista is magnificent in every direction. we walked to Mikro Papigo, which was a lovely, not too strenuous 3km. the rating is 9.6, but there is nothing lacking, so it is a 10!"
