"The property is very nice and the room was clean, although there are a couple things that we found odd. We rented a suite, so the bathroom has a large shower, with clear glass doors. But there is nowhere to hang a towel that you can reach before stepping out. There is a towel hook across the room on the stub wall that comes out between the counter/sink and the toilet. But there is plenty of room on the wall right outside the shower door, the hook should be there. Also, we had a king size bed, and the pillows were the size of pillows you'd use on a kids twin bed. Biggest problem was that we stayed up late gambling in the casino, so we were a little slow getting out of the room in the morning. Check out was at 11am. At 11:15 we got a phone call from the desk. When I answered the call, there was no greeting such as hello, nothing friendly like, 'Hello, this is the front desk. Check out was at 11am, is everything okay. Will you be leaving the room soon, or can we assist with anything...' No, nothing nice was said. I answered the phone and first thing I heard was, "Why are you still in your room, check out was 11am." in a rude voice. I said we would be out in a few minutes and was told we were being charged an extra $20 and if we weren't out by noon, it would be another $20 and so on. We paid for the nice room and thought they would give us a little wiggle room on the checkout time, at least 30 minutes. Very disappointed, will not return."

"Although it was a beautiful location the hotel itself was poorly maintained. Staff were untrained and not professional. The windowsill in our room was full of dead bugs… stained sheets on the bed and threadbare bathmat in for the shower. I do not recommend this business."

"The bathroom sink was backing up, muddy water. Called the front desk and they said they had no one on maintenance staff to address it. Offered to change rooms, but it was already later in the evening so we did."

"We enjoyed our stay here. They have a very friendly responsive staff. They kept the breakfast stocked and it was a good basic breakfast. They were very helpful to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place was very clean and the front seat manager was very nice. However, the place needed a little upgrade. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb and the dresser/night stand was missing handles. Our room was next to the office and sleeping was difficult due to all the noise. It almost sounded like a small gathering was going on and what I can only describe as a door bell ringing constantly I had to call the front desk to complain. It stopped immediately which we were so appreciative of."
