Phenomenal hotel. Dead easy for ski welt area and 100m to station and 15 mins to Kitzbuhel. Phenomenal spa and great food and hospitality along with excellent room. Will be back for sure.

Der Spa-Bereich war besonders toll! Sehr groß, nicht viel los u sehr schön gestaltet. Gutes Essen! Zimmer sind teilweise renoviert, aber auch die „alten“ sind sauber u ausreichend! Sehr schöne aussicht und balkon!

Strongly recommended!

A great hotel with many possibilities (spa, tennis, wellness, ski shuttle, etc.). Perfect breakfast with omelets made fresh by a chef, pancakes and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Close to the huge ski area Skiwelt (20 min walk or shuttle/skibus) and also Kitzski easily available.

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gute Zimmergrösse mit Balkon, das Frühstück ist super aber man sollte schon früh hingehen da es um 9 Uhr nicht mehr alles gibt, zum Beisp. Croissants. Spa und Wellness Bereich sind schön, die Leiter am Pool war locker. Nicht so gut gefallen hat das Bad, es war klein und keine große Ablageflächen vorhanden, auch der Duschkopf ist schon alt und das Wasser beim Duschen wurde immer wieder kalt. Die Tür zur Toilette ging sehr schwer zu. Das generelle Klima im Zimmer war sehr schlecht zum schlafen und die Luft war trocken obwohl die Heizung aus war und gut gelüftet wurde. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen. Allem in allem ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen.

Mycket bra i det stora hela. En negativ punkt var dock att värmen på rummet var defekt. Ena elementet var på full värme hela tiden och den andra kall. Reseptionisten kunde inte data systemet för att justera temperaturen (datorsryrt) så vi fick sova med fönstret öppet. Dock väldigt mysigt att vakna till fågelsång.

Perfect for skiing and winter relaxation!

The spa here is great and the staff and service was wonderful. It's super convenient for skiing (there's a run that ends 100 yards from the front door) and the spa is perfect end to a long day of skiing. The tennis courts were nice as well.

Superb service at Hilton, Hyatt level. Very flexible early check-in. So clean it shines. Many resort extras, including live entertainment, library, solarium, Jacuzzi, infrared and small conversation lounges. Tasty local food.

Many positive things: - Very helpful staff - Clean rooms - Excellent SPA (pool, jacuzzi , different types of saunas, etc.) - Could use showers and the SPA after checkout. Fantastic hotel & staff, beautiful facilities

This was a fantastic hotel with an incredibly kind staff. My husband and I came for a week around New Year's Eve and loved every day of our stay here. The spa is beautiful (Austrian style, co-ed), they have a convenient ski room to store your ski stuff, and is located near the ski bus route to the gondola. The food served in the dining room is delicious. We did the half-board option and were very happy we did. Note that the hotel is on the outer edge of the town of Brixen im Thale, so it is not the easiest to bop around into the center of town on foot (at least in the winter). This was fine for us since we were usually coming home exhausted from a day of skiing and ate dinner at the hotel. The hotel was very family-friendly, with lots of families with kids of all ages around. If you are going on a trip with a group of buddies looking to rage, this is probably not the spot for you. If you are looking for a relaxing, sport and wellness oriented stay (couple or family), this is your place!

Die Zimmer sind etwas "old-fashioned", aber vermutlich genau das was die Stammkunden gerne wollen. Schön groß und sauber! Toller Innenpool und Whirlpool, schöner Außenpool. Prima Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
