Generally the hotel is very nice, and provides a traditional experience. I was let down by a poor room that had stained chairs, and no view. The service was OK, some staff were nice but quite unwelcoming at times. The location is good and a fifteen minute walk to the center of town but you have to walk up a steep hill to access it on foot. The food is overpriced (we paid €93 euro for a club sandwich, cesear salad, 2 waters and 1 juice).

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, we will definitely visit again . Everything is just perfect , very nice and very helpful staff ( Mia at the front desk is such a nice lady ) and Pavel( I hope that's his name-can't remember now , he is the hotel groundskeeper) was absolutely 100% helpful with everything, he even recommended local trips to us and we are glad we followed his recommendations. I do recommend this lovely hotel to everyone who is thinking to stay !

This is an incredibly charming, elegant old world hotel. The setting is glorious, within walking distance to the town of Kitzbühel and close to many fantastic trails for all levels of hiking. The breakfast buffet was varied and bountiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was wonderful. Because we had paid significantly more per night ($100) than the price listed on Expedia 3 days prior we received a room upgrade which was a lovely compensation but the difficulty in getting truthful, accurate information about the price match policy, to say nothing of the near impossibility of actually getting the price match is extremely frustrating.

Super schönes kleines FamilienHotel in bester Lage. Sehr gepflegt. Tolles Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, bei uns war leider das Dach vis a vis. Wir hatten nur Teilsicht, das stand in der Buchung nicht. Beim Buchen nachfragen! Toller Pool. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht. Wenn ich ehrlich bin, es ist für mich persönlich eher vier Stern, aber super schön. Lage, Service, Sauberkeit sind Top.

Old school charme mit top Küche und Service

Old school charme! Auf den ersten Blick schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Aber der Service ist wirklich professsionell und top. Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, gutes Bett und sehr sauber. Lage am Hügel sehr schön, gute Aussicht und in der Nacht sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet ist Spitzenklasse und in dieser Qualität sehr selten geworden, viele lokale Produkte und sehr gut gekocht. Auch Dinner sehr zu empfehlen, alles auf hohem Niveau gekocht, ganz anders als "Hotelküche" sondern eine Freude jeden Abend. Der Service passt dazu, der Oberkellner ist top.

Everything you could ask for in an alpine village that happens to also be a great ski resort with wonderful people. The hotel team were equally spectacular- convivial, friendly, jovial, warm and yet professional. Very welcoming. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Food was excellent too.
