They put me in dirty room and I let them know, and they still won't resolve the issue. I called corporate office and I am hoping it will be resolved. The operations manager at the hotel said because I used Expeida they want there money because my stay was booked through third party Expedia. There were more issues in addition that need to be resolved, this is just the highlight. Elevator out, vacuumed hallways. hair in the bathtub. dirty water stains on the bathroom floor where not cleaned up around the toilet and the bowl not fully cleaned. garbage on the carpet in the room.

It has clearly been upgraded since we last stayed here about 5 or 6 years ago! I especially like the thoughtful shower design, which lets you open the door to the shower and turn it on to the right temperature without having to stand there, naked, wet and cold. Many hotels get this wrong.
