"Check in staff was very nice and welcoming. Property was interesting- our room slanted so doors and drawers would open on their own, laundry (hotel bedding) was left in our room and never picked up. Elevators need a serious upgrade."

The lobby and breakfast room is new and beautiful, the rooms are renovated but needs some details and my room needs more cleaning especially the bathroom I noticed some hairs, but generally was comfortable and good for the price recommended for families with kids. Location is excellent also!"

"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Hotel property is close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean and the AC works great. However the pool closes at 10, would be cool if it closed at midnight. Breakfast is only from 6-10am which I believe would be more convenient to stay open until 12pm. Our shower hot water never got hot only stayed Luke warm. And you have to request turndown service you would think with a resort fee you would automatically get that daily. And the washers and dryers are kind of a mess with the wifi I had to tap my card around 10x on each machine to get them to work. Overall this hotel is a 7/10 and is very close to the theme parks."

"My stay was from June 15th to July 2nd and my 17 night stay with this hotel was amazing! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, the property is very clean and the room was super clean! It’s very quiet and a safe place to stay! They are simply the best! Thank you Magic Key Resort!"
