"The resort itself was very clean and the amenities were nice, which is why I gave high ratings in those areas. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Several staff members came across as unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I also did not appreciate staff speaking directly to children at the splash pad instead of respectfully addressing the parents. Hospitality and guest interaction could definitely be improved. "
