"Bed was hard, Hot water not overly hot and room not overly clean. The balcony had an amazing view especially for the fireworks, but was dirty and had old cigarette butts in the ashtray. No Safe in the room. "

"Room is Ok. They don’t clean yours room if you are stayed a few days. Unless you requested. The view is over look at the beach and shows and convenience as well. You don’t expect too much out of their breakfast. You must wait at the lobby so they can take to restaurant closed by for breakfast. It’s so inconvenient."

"There quadruple room is two rooms adjacent to each other with king beds good for 2 or 3, I booked 2 quaruple rooms thinking I am only booking for 2 rooms and ended up with 4 rooms and 4 beds which is too many for us, I wanted to cancel the 2 rooms or one quadruple room as they say because obviously I was mislead and made a mistake booking but my tough luck, they wont cancel the extra room. We had too many unnecessary rooms this trip, Tsk tsk... the room we booked was with the fireworks view, it comes with a price but I was dissatisfied it's not a clean view, there's a little obstruction because of the vents on the roof of the neighboring building.another snag are the mosquitoes in the room. I was bitten twice before I was able to squash them. But this hotel though is walking distance to restaurants, the kissbridge, the shows, etc."

"Mia very pleasant on arrival. Room was 50 metres across and down the street. Needed some TLC. Mould around sinks, bare walls, no glasses etc. Breakfast was 100 metres past reception in the other direction in a cafe. It wasn’t free as advertised. You got a sandwich, and jug of tea, but had to pay for drinks. From 4th floor room, excellent view of fireworks. "
