"Stayed here for a solo trip, it was perfect! The room was perfect along with the amenities & food, great location, plus I felt very safe. Only downside is there’s no free parking but it was very reasonable."

"When I got to my hotel, I did not expect to have to pay for parking. And they use a QR code, which I assume would be confusing for many travelers. When I went to leave in the morning, I had a ticket on my car because they have not updated my license plate correctly. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, it would not connect. And when I tried to turn on the television, it would not come on, and the bottom was falling out. They transferred me to a different room, which was nice, but it was difficult to lock the door in my new room, it was not stocked with towels, and the water would not get very hot."

"The location of this property is excellent. We felt safe. All units have lovely ocean views. It is an older property. It is not a fancy place. Each unit is different. Our visit was during shoulder season and some maintenance was being done. We stayed on the 4th floor - room 413 and found it to be quite nice. The bed was comfortable. Our rate was excellent and our expectations were met. "

"It said “ocean view” which wasn’t true- it was a view of the patio and dunes! But it was clean, had all the kitchen basics, coffee, comfortable beds and nice toiletries and towels. We had a great deal but next time I’d pay for 2 nd floor and a true view of the ocean. It would be worth it!"

"Great property - updated, clean rooms. Only complaint was a room on the busy street side (though I didn’t have any noisy neighbors so maybe that was a better trade off), and staff didn’t seem interested in engaging unless you forced eye contact. I would stay again. Convenient location and ample safe parking. "

"This is a fantastic hotel! It's conveniently located, immaculately clean, and surrounded by places to eat. It was right between the two places we went to multiple times - downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The staff is lovely, particularly the women in charge of breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, the food was great, and the coffee was among the best hotel coffees I've enjoyed. "

"No , my room was dirty and i stayed 4 nights never once was my room cleaned ., trash piled up . There was a dirty toilet and dried blood on the bathroom floor with trash in the trash cans all this was upon entry on my first day . And unannounced maintainance worker showed up to do scheduled tasks . "

"Everything was great except for housekeeping knocking on our door to see if we had checked out. I’ve never had that happen before. It was very annoying."
