"First of all It smells bad inside the room I stayed. And they are doing renovation work very close to guest rooms and very big disturbing noise is coming out from the working site at day time. Then they shouldn't have assigned guest rooms close to the work site. I complained about that to a staff but he replied to me that there would no problem. I had to endure all uncomfortableness during my stays. It's nonsense. But the surroundings around the hotel itself was nice."

"Staff wasn’t particularly unfriendly, but not very friendly and helpful. I was denied food because my room number was not on some list until the receptionist intervened and allowed me to get something from the restaurant, which served cold plasas for 250 NLe 💸 I asked if I could pay using USD and they said yes, but wouldn’t give me my change in the restaurant, they said they would bring my change to my room, which they never did. Other than the restaurant troubles the place was nice, clean, comfortable, and had amenities such as running (& hot) water, ac, and stable electricity."
