"Nice friendly staff, great value"

"My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...

"We had a wheelchair to get to the second floor and it was more than difficult to take elevator since there was a step up to get there. If it were not for a fellow guest helping us up the step we would not have gotten onto the room. The step was unnecessary and short ramp would have been appropriate. We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work.
