In this condition, it should be a $85 ngt. cabin. A can of paint, new carpets & tile or linoleum can go e long way. Entrance to the lodge introduces you to what awaits you. Property can still serve a budget oriented clientele, but investments must be made immediately.

Great getaway cabin

We were pleasantly surprised by this cute motel. It's pretty remote with no cell reception so if you want to unplug it's great. However the free WiFi was solid. It's about 20 minutes from the closest grocery store and restaurants. Not an issue but something to keep in mind. The proprietor was very friendly, the cabin was older and worn but surprisingly comfortable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

We were told after our booking that we would need to transfer after our first night. The first cabin (Cabin 2) was not rustic as described but rather decrepit. Floors were sloping, bed sheets were old, towels were stained. The second cabin (Cabin 4) although in better condition still had a rotten, soft floor in front of the sink and a horrible smell eminating from the sink drain. The pool also suffered from poor care and management. The entire place should be condemned.

Relaxing stay.

The overall environment was very good. Great please to stay if you are looking for a relaxing place. No restaurant and not even coffee available in the property. So you better bring your own food and drink so that you don’t have to worry about it during your stay.

Nice place to stay after skiing.

The place is very comfortable and large enough for 6 of us. Only 15 minutes away from Belleayre ski resort. We stayed in cabin #1 which has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a fireplace. The cabin is not new but is very comfortable. I will definitely love to come back.
