I had an extremely disappointing experience at this cabin rental. I had booked a river view cabin, but when I called ahead, they told me all cabins were fully occupied. However, when we arrived, the entire place was completely deserted—there were no guests, and all the cabins and tents were empty. It became obvious that they had never actually had any river-view cabins, and they had been misleading from the start.
They said a person is inside the RV there to help us during our stay but no ones there, no body. It was really unsafe place.
To make things worse, the key didn’t work, and we were stuck outside for nearly two hours with no one available to help. The lack of response from the staff was frustrating. When we finally got in, we found dirty beds, a foul smell, and a generally unclean space. The room was in terrible condition, and there were no basic amenities, no toiletries, and no cleaning supplies. It was clear that the management didn’t care about maintaining the place.
This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone—do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this place. The lack of cleanliness, rude staff, and poor management make it a terrible choice. Save your money and book somewhere else!
